Refund & Cancellation Policy

At klauss.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless damaged).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
Note: Leather is a natural material. Minor texture or color variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
