Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless damaged).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Note: Leather is a natural material. Minor texture or color variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
